A high performance build that has embraced elements of a passive house design. A variety of materials were used externally to deliver texture and interest. Key design features inside include a stunning stone cladded fireplace and polished concrete floors throughout.

Set along the river bank, client vision for the house to compliment the surrounding environment and to embrace the spectacular view. Internally, this two story home hosts a stunning staircase, views from every bedroom and a lift.

An innovative and modern take on the traditional farm house. This one was technical and unique, but we loved the challenge and the opportunity to work with new products. Designed to allow an abundance of natural light to shine in, it’s sophisticated minimalism at its finest.

Built in 1905 this federation home had many original features intact from all those years ago. Client vision to preserve the history and heritage of the home, allowing us to restore and create a home full of cosiness and comfort.

Where it all began, this California Bungalow was our very first heritage renovation and extension. It was big and we were young but it ignited our love for heritage renovations and we created a beautiful provincial family home.
