This double fronted California Bungalow is one of our favourite heritage renovations and extensions to date. We absolutely love the consideration of colour and materials which has created a warm and welcoming environment for the modern family.

Built in 1905 this federation home had many original features intact from all those years ago. Client vision to preserve the history and heritage of the home, allowing us to restore and create a home full of cosiness and comfort.

There is so much to love about this period home, the curved facade, geometric chimney and decorative brickwork and slate. Client vision to compliment these features and let the house speak for itself. We think the house certainly does that.

Where it all began, this California Bungalow was our very first heritage renovation and extension. It was big and we were young but it ignited our love for heritage renovations and we created a beautiful provincial family home.
